Ensuring Safe and Responsible
Gaming at bgn88
bgn88 believes entertainment should be enjoyable — never a source of stress or harm. Use our tools and guidelines to stay in control at all times.
What is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but it stays healthy only when you play consciously and within your limits. bgn88 always wants every player to enjoy entertainment according to their means and never spend more money or time than they should.
The core principle of responsible gaming is that gaming should never harm your financial stability, family relationships, or mental health. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it is the smart thing to do.
bgn88 provides multiple self-control tools for every registered player. From setting deposit limits to temporarily excluding yourself — all features are available directly from your account settings or with the help of our support team.
Important Reminders
Never use gaming as a source of income. It is simply a form of entertainment.
- Only stake money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
- Avoid the temptation to place larger bets to "recover losses" after a losing streak.
- Never play when you are stressed, upset, or angry.
- There is no guaranteed winning strategy in gaming — every outcome depends entirely on chance.
bgn88's Self-Control Tools
Below are the tools always available on our platform to keep players safe.
Deposit Limit
You can set the maximum amount you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly yourself. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a cooling-off period must pass before it can be increased.
Time-Out
Put your account on a break for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you cannot play or make deposits, but your account remains open.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is causing problems for you, activate long-term self-exclusion (6 months or more). During this period your account is completely deactivated.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time is up, the system will automatically alert you and suggest taking a break.
Betting History Review
View your deposit, withdrawal, and gaming history from your account at any time. Understand your spending patterns and make informed decisions.

- Do you spend more than your set budget and regret it afterward?
- When you lose, do you feel "one more game and I'll win" and end up spending more time and money because of it?
- Do you want to stop gaming but find you cannot stop yourself?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or family responsibilities?
- Are you spending money set aside for other essential expenses on gaming?
- Do you feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you cannot play?
- Have you ever played using borrowed money or taken on debt to game?
Age Limit 21+ — Why and How?
bgn88 strictly ensures that only adults aged 21 and above can participate on the platform. An age verification process is followed at account registration and any suspicious account is suspended until verified.
If you believe someone you know who is a minor is using bgn88, please notify our support team. We will act promptly.
In addition, you are advised to use parental control software on your device to prevent minors from accessing gaming sites.
